Instrument cluster flashing odometer ( proxy alignment ) repair emulator for FIAT 500, Ducato, Jumper, Boxer

Flashing odometers typically mean there are a configuration mismatch /CANBUS error (one of the modules isn't communicating correctly over the CANBUS.
If one of the modules are replaced or loses communication on CAN bus - the odometer will flash. 

In this case you must visit car dealer service and perform Proxy Alignment procedure (CAN Alignment). But sometimes this is expensive or dealer can’t repair “flashing odometer” for unknown reason.
